How to Delete Your Account
- 1Open the ZYRCA app on your device
- 2Go to Settings → Account
- 3Scroll to the Danger Zone section
- 4Tap the account deletion or factory reset option and confirm your request
- 5The app will immediately delete your cloud and local data and remove your Firebase authentication account when deletion succeeds
Alternative Method
If you cannot access the app, send an email to nextlevelapps81@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will assist you with account deletion.

Data Retention After Deletion
Deletion in the app is processed immediately when you confirm. Some subscription billing records may be retained by Apple or Google as required by their policies and applicable law. Limited anonymized or aggregated diagnostic data from third-party services may remain under those providers' retention policies. Deleting your ZYRCA account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; manage or cancel subscriptions separately through the applicable store.
