We may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and profile photo when you sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple through Firebase Authentication. We also receive a Firebase user ID to identify your account. • Optional Profile Information: Gender and date of birth are optional. You may provide them in profile settings; they are not required to use core fasting and tracking features. • Health and Wellness Data: Fasting schedules and history, water intake, weight measurements, journal or daily reflection entries, sleep, activity, and meal data you voluntarily enter, plus achievements and related progress statistics. • Ramadan Mode Data: If you enable Ramadan Mode, we store your Ramadan settings, optional location information for prayer-time calculations, prayer and Suhoor reminder preferences, and related configuration. Ramadan-related fasting, meal (including Suhoor and Iftar where logged), water, sleep, and activity records use the same wellness categories described above when you track them during Ramadan. • Guest and Local Data: If you use ZYRCA without signing in, this data is stored locally on your device. If you later create an account, you may choose to sync local data to the cloud. • Subscription Information: Subscription entitlement status and purchase history metadata managed through RevenueCat, including RevenueCat App User IDs linked to your Firebase account when you sign in. Apple or Google processes payments; we do not receive or store payment card details. • Identifiers: Firebase user ID; RevenueCat App User ID (and anonymous RevenueCat identifiers before you sign in); Firebase Analytics app instance identifiers; on iOS, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) when you grant App Tracking Transparency permission; on Android, the Advertising ID where available and permitted. • Analytics Information: Through Google Firebase Analytics on iOS and Android, we receive information about app interactions and related device and app metadata. Our custom analytics events measure onboarding, sign-up, login, paywall views, purchase events, and subscription-related events. We configure these events not to include your email, name, Firebase user ID, or other direct personal identifiers as custom event parameters. • Device and Technical Information: Device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, and notification preferences when you enable reminders. • Advertising Data: Device identifiers and related data used by Google AdMob and its partners to serve, measure, and personalize ads where permitted. • Diagnostic Information: Limited technical logs and error information used to diagnose issues and maintain app stability on your device.

When you use location-based features in Ramadan Mode, ZYRCA may request access to your device location only when you choose an option such as "Use My Location." Location access is optional and is not required for core fasting or wellness tracking. You may instead select a city or location manually from the in-app catalog.

On iOS, we request when-in-use location permission only for this purpose. We do not track your location in the background. On Android, fine or coarse location permission may be requested when you use this feature.

Location information used for Ramadan Mode (such as latitude, longitude, city name, country, and prayer-time calculation settings) is stored locally on your device and, if you are signed in with an account, synced to your user profile in Cloud Firestore as part of your Ramadan preferences.

This location information is used only to provide Ramadan and prayer-time features within ZYRCA. It is not used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or shared with Google AdMob or other advertising partners.

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the ZYRCA application and its features • Authenticate accounts and sync data through Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore • Deliver fasting guidance, wellness insights, and educational content • Provide location-based Ramadan and prayer-time functionality when you enable or use those features • Manage premium subscription entitlements and status through RevenueCat (payments are processed by Apple or Google) • Send notifications related to your fasting schedule, Ramadan reminders, and health goals when you enable them • Measure app usage, onboarding, authentication, paywall, and subscription funnels through Firebase Analytics on iOS and Android • Display advertisements through Google AdMob and honor your advertising consent choices through Google UMP and platform permissions • Diagnose errors and maintain app stability • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

Location information used for Ramadan Mode is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

ZYRCA uses Google Firebase Analytics on both iOS and Android. Firebase Analytics helps us understand how the app is used and improve onboarding, subscriptions, and reliability.

We use Firebase Analytics to measure app interactions and funnel events such as onboarding start and completion, guest continue, sign-up, login, paywall views, purchase start, purchase success, and subscription activation, along with relevant device and app information (for example platform and app version).

Our custom event configuration is designed not to send your email, display name, Firebase user ID, or other direct personal identifiers as custom Analytics event parameters. Firebase Analytics may still collect automatic device and usage data according to Google's policies as part of the SDK's standard operation.

ZYRCA integrates with the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication (Google): Account sign-in with Google or Sign in with Apple • Cloud Firestore (Google): Cloud storage and sync of account-linked wellness data • Firebase Analytics (Google): App usage and funnel analytics on iOS and Android • Google Sign-In: Account authentication on Android and optionally on iOS • Sign in with Apple: Account authentication on iOS • Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): Advertising consent management where required • RevenueCat: Subscription entitlement and status management (not payment processing) • Apple App Store and Apple services: In-app subscription purchases and Sign in with Apple on iOS • Google Play: In-app subscription purchases on Android • Google AdMob: Advertising services

Payments for subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. RevenueCat receives subscription status information from those stores to grant or revoke premium access in the app. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

ZYRCA displays advertisements to free users through Google AdMob on iOS and Android, subject to the iOS ATT conditions below. Ad formats may include banner ads and interstitial ads. Premium subscribers do not receive advertising within ZYRCA.

Personalized and non-personalized ads: Where permitted by law and your choices, AdMob and its partners may use device identifiers to deliver personalized advertising and measure ad performance. On iOS, this occurs only when ATT is authorized and the applicable consent flow permits it.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): On supported platforms and regions, we use Google's User Messaging Platform to collect and record your advertising consent choices. On iOS, UMP is not invoked unless ATT is authorized. If ATT is authorized, the existing UMP consent flow may run; AdMob initializes only if consent permits.

iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS, if ATT is not authorized—including when its status is denied, restricted, unavailable, unresolved, or malformed—tracking-dependent advertising and analytics are not initialized or used: no Google UMP consent flow is invoked, no Google AdMob ad request is made, and Firebase Analytics collection remains disabled. ATT status is rechecked at relevant lifecycle and advertising boundaries. If ATT is authorized, Firebase Analytics may be enabled.

Android Advertising ID: On Android, the app may access the Advertising ID where required for ad delivery and measurement. You can limit ad personalization through your device and Google account settings.

Managing your choices: You can adjust ad personalization in your device privacy settings, Google account ad settings, and through consent prompts shown in the app where applicable. Granting location permission for Ramadan Mode is separate from advertising consent and does not grant advertising permission.

Account-linked data is stored in Cloud Firestore using Firebase cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. Guest data and app preferences may be stored locally on your device.

Ramadan Mode preferences and location information are stored on your device. For signed-in users, Ramadan preferences (including saved coordinates, city information, and related settings) are also stored in your Cloud Firestore user profile. Location requested for Ramadan Mode is not transmitted to third-party advertising services.

This website may store theme and language preferences in your browser's local storage. We do not use tracking cookies on this website.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

When you delete your account through the in-app deletion flow (Settings → Account → Danger Zone), we delete your associated cloud and local data and remove your Firebase Authentication account when deletion completes successfully. This includes account-linked wellness data and Ramadan preferences stored in your user profile. Deletion may require re-authentication with your sign-in provider. If a cloud deletion step fails, local data on your device may be preserved until deletion succeeds on retry.

After account deletion, Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google may retain certain information under their own retention policies—for example aggregated analytics, advertising measurement data, or subscription and billing records required by those providers.

Deleting your ZYRCA account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; manage or cancel subscriptions separately through the applicable store.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

ZYRCA is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including through Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, and Analytics), RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Google UMP, and AdMob infrastructure. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of ZYRCA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Period Tracker: You may voluntarily log period and cycle dates and history, flow information, cycle-related symptoms and wellness entries, and optional notes. Guest Period Tracker data is stored locally on your device. For signed-in users, Period Tracker records are synchronized with your account in Cloud Firestore.

Calculated estimates: ZYRCA may derive calendar- and history-based estimates, including an estimated next-period or start window and estimated fertile-window and ovulation dates or windows. These are calculated estimates, not measurements or clinically validated results.

Health-data advertising separation: Period and cycle data, symptoms, notes, fertility or ovulation estimates, and related health and wellness information are not included in Firebase Analytics custom event parameters. ZYRCA does not use this information for advertising targeting, ad personalization, or cross-app tracking, and does not supply it to AdMob for those purposes. Cloud Firestore synchronization is storage and sync for your account, not advertising sharing.

You may choose categories of your data to export in supported PDF and CSV formats. Period data is opt-in for category exports; private Period or cycle notes are optional and excluded by default. You may save or share an exported file using your device's functionality. Once you share a file, its handling is subject to the destination or service you choose.
