Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using ZYRCA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

ZYRCA is a health and wellness application that provides intermittent fasting, Period and Cycle Tracker, hydration, activity, sleep, meals, weight and progress tracking, Ramadan Mode, and wellness insights and guidance. ZYRCA is designed to support your wellness journey but is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

You may use ZYRCA as a guest with data stored locally on your device, or create an account to sync data across devices.

On iOS, you may sign in with Apple. On Android and optionally on iOS, you may sign in with Google. Account authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.

ZYRCA offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

On iOS, Apple processes in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. On Android, Google processes in-app purchases through Google Play. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription entitlements and status in the app; it does not process your payments and does not receive payment card information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (App Store) or your Google Play account settings.

Billing, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable. We do not offer a free trial unless explicitly stated in the store listing at the time of purchase. Subscription prices are displayed in the App Store or Google Play at checkout; we do not list prices here.

Refunds, if available, must be requested through Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the in-app account deletion flow. Open Settings → Account, scroll to the Danger Zone, and follow the account deletion or factory reset steps to permanently remove your data.

When you confirm deletion in the app, we promptly delete your cloud and local data and remove your Firebase authentication account, subject to any legal retention requirements for subscription or tax records held by Apple or Google.

Deleting your ZYRCA account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; manage or cancel subscriptions separately through the applicable store.

You agree not to:

• Use ZYRCA for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the application • Interfere with the app's security features • Share your account credentials with others • Use automated systems to access the service • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems

ZYRCA provides general health and wellness information for educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

Period and cycle predictions, including fertile-window and ovulation estimates, are calendar- and history-based estimates. They are not medical diagnoses or clinically validated measurements and must not be relied upon as contraception or birth control, or to diagnose fertility, pregnancy, reproductive-health conditions, or disease. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional for medical or reproductive-health decisions.

All content, features, and functionality of ZYRCA — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by Driss Belhoussaine and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZYRCA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to ZYRCA at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
